钯炭催化剂合成孕烯醇酮醋酸酯的性能研究

孕烯醇酮醋酸酯是合成孕激素类黄体酮药物重要的中间体.其合成工艺是以无水乙醇为溶剂,在5%Pd/C催化剂和H2的作用下,双烯醇酮醋酸酯结构中16 位上的碳碳双键(C—C)发生加氢反应,生成孕烯醇酮醋酸酯.实验结果表明,合成孕烯醇酮醋酸酯的最佳条件是:催化剂的用量为0.4 g,反应温度为45℃,反应时间为120 min,反应器转速大于500 r·min-1;载体经3%硝酸预处理,5%过硫酸铵改性,再经2.5%氯化镁改性,制得的催化剂反应性能最好.
Performance study on palladium-carbon catalyst for synthesis of pregnenolone acetate
Pregnenolone acetate is an important intermediate in the synthesis of progesterone drugs.The synthesis process is based on anhydrous ethanol as solvent,under the action of 5%Pd/C catalyst and H2,the carbon-carbon double bond(C—C)in the structure of dienolone acetate is hydrogenated to produce pregnenolone acetate.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of pregnenolone acetate were as follows:the amount of catalyst was 0.4 g,the reaction temperature was 45℃,the reaction time was 120 min,and the reactor speed was greater than 500 r·min-1.The carrier was pretreated with 3%nitric acid,modified with 5%ammonium persulfate,and then modified with 2.5%magnesium chlo-ride to produce a catalyst with the best reaction performance.
