Pt/C催化合成精异丙甲草胺中间体胺醚性能

以2-甲基-6-乙基苯胺和甲氧基丙酮为原料,采用等体积浸渍法制备1%Pt/C催化剂,在固定床反应器连续合成精异丙甲草胺中间体胺醚,研究酮胺物质的量比、反应温度、压力、空速对反应的影响.结果表明,酮胺物质的量比为4、反应温度为130℃、压力为1 MPa、空速为0.3 h-1、氢气流量为100 mL·min-1的反应条件下,胺醚收率和选择性均较高.
Performance of Pt/C catalyzed synthesis of the intermediate amine ethers of S-metolachlor
Using 2-methyl-6-ethylaniline and methoxyacetone as raw materials,the 1%Pt/C catalyst was prepared by an equal volume impregnation method,and the refined metolachlor intermediate amine ether was continuously synthesized in a fixed-bed reactor.The effects of the molar ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,pressure and space velocity on the reaction performance were studied.The results showed that the yield and selectivity of amine ether were higher under the reaction conditions of ketone-amine substance ratio of 4,reaction temperature of 130℃,pressure of 1 MPa,airspeed of 0.3 h-1 and hydrogen flow rate of 100 mL·min-1.
