Performance of Pt/C catalyzed synthesis of the intermediate amine ethers of S-metolachlor
Using 2-methyl-6-ethylaniline and methoxyacetone as raw materials,the 1%Pt/C catalyst was prepared by an equal volume impregnation method,and the refined metolachlor intermediate amine ether was continuously synthesized in a fixed-bed reactor.The effects of the molar ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,pressure and space velocity on the reaction performance were studied.The results showed that the yield and selectivity of amine ether were higher under the reaction conditions of ketone-amine substance ratio of 4,reaction temperature of 130℃,pressure of 1 MPa,airspeed of 0.3 h-1 and hydrogen flow rate of 100 mL·min-1.
