摘要

在碳达峰、碳中和的能源愿景下,为实现随机性、波动性较高的可再生清洁能源的安全、稳定消纳,综合能源系统应运而生.综合能源系统通过多能流间的互相转换,为不确定性较高的可再生能源提供缓冲.由于综合能源系统内部能流复杂,多种类型设备之间互相耦合,且存在储能设备,如何在调度过程中兼顾经济性与可靠性是目前的难点.在优化调度目标中引入可靠性指标,并以由经济性及可靠性构成的综合成本最小化为目标,提出了基于郊狼优化算法的综合能源系统优化调度方法.运行调度结果表明,所提的优化调度模型可为系统提供兼顾经济性与可靠性的调度方案,在运行中可节省5.8%的运行成本.

Abstract

Under the current energy vision of carbon peaking and carbon neutral,integrated energy system has emerged in order to realize the reliable and stable consumption of renewable clean energy with high stochasticity and volatility.Integrated energy systems provide a cushion for renewable energy with high uncertainty through the interconversion of multiple energy flows.Due to the complexity of energy flows and coupling between multiple types of equipment within the integrated energy system,balance economy and reliability in the scheduling process becomes a challenging problem.In this paper,we introduce the reliability index into the optimal scheduling objective and propose an optimal scheduling method for integrated energy systems based on the coyote optimization algorithm.The optimal dispatch results indicate that the optimal dispatch model proposed in this paper can achieve safety and economic scheduling solutions and save 5.8%of the operation cost.
