弹簧机构用永磁电磁铁动作特性分析

为满足12 kV柱上真空断路器快速投切的性能指标,在传统弹簧机构的基础上提出一种永磁电磁铁,介绍了其主要结构,并根据铁心运动过程的不同分析对应脱扣与复位过程的动作机理.利用有限元仿真法对不同过程下电磁铁的动作特性进行仿真计算,分析不同线圈电流、永磁力、电磁力以及行程等参数变化情况,最后进行了柱上真空断路器的固分时间测试.试验结果与仿真相符,在满足国家标准要求的情况下,试验样机能够实现在15~20 ms内完成脱扣动作,所设计的复位线圈能够实现电磁铁的可靠复位.
Operation Characteristic Analysis of Permanent Electromagnet for Spring Mechanism
In order to meet the performance index of fast switching of 12 kV pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker,a kind of permanent magnet is proposed based on the traditional spring mechanism,its main structure is introduced,and the operation mechanism of tripping and resetting process is analyzed in accordance with the different movement process of iron core.The finite element simulation method is used to simulate the action characteristic of the electro-magnet in different processes and analyze variation of such parameters as coil current,permanent magnetic force,electromagnetic force and stroke.Finally,the inherent opening time test of the pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is performed.The test results are consistent with those of simulation.Under the condition of meeting the requirements of(China)national standards,the test prototype can complete the tripping within 15-20 ms,and the designed reset coil can achieve reliable reset of the electromagnet.
