杯状纵磁触头结构参数对电弧特性影响实验研究

真空灭弧室触头的结构参数对其燃弧过程电弧特性具有重要的影响.通过设计两种实验平台进行实验研究,得到了触头开槽数、开距和铁磁结构对电弧特性的影响.实验结果表明:触头开槽对加快电弧扩散、改善开断能力具有重要影响:开槽数的增加会使得电弧形态更加稳定,但同时过多的开槽数会使得纵向磁场强度幅值过大,不利于电弧快速扩散;开距对阴极斑点的运动有两种相反的影响,适当的开距可以改善电弧形态;添加铁磁材料可以使触头阴极斑点分布更加均匀,且能使触头边缘更稳定地燃烧,提高触头表面利用率.
Experimental Study on Influence of Cup-shaped Longitudinal Magnetic Contact on Arc Characteristics
The structure parameters of contact of vacuum interrupter have an important influence on the arc charac-teristics of its arcing process.The influence of contact slotting number,clearance and ferromagnetic structure on the arc characteristics is obtained by designing two types of experimental platforms for experimental study.The experi-mental results show that the contact slotting has an important influence on accelerating the arc diffusion and improv-ing the breaking capability,and the increase of the number of contact slotting will make the arc configuration more stable but,at the same time,excessive slotting number will make the longitudinal magnetic field intensity amplitude too large,which is not conducive to rapid arc diffusion.The clearance has two opposite influence on the movement of the cathode spot.The proper clearance can improve the arc configuration and the addition of ferromagnetic materials can make the cathode spot distribution more uniform,can make the contact edge burn more stably and improve the contact surface utilization.
