高压电缆缓冲层白斑缺陷引发放电的机理研究

缓冲层缺陷会为电缆线路的运行带来隐患,由其造成的电缆击穿事故严重危害电力系统的安全稳定运行.为研究缓冲层白斑引发放电的缺陷机理,开展人工模拟缓冲层白斑缺陷实验,测量含有白斑缺陷的电缆缓冲层间电阻,研究白斑对缓冲层电气连接的影响,建立考虑白斑缺陷的电缆等值电路模型,仿真计算缺陷情况下缓冲层的电位变化,并搭建了缓冲层放电模拟实验平台,对放电信号进行检测.研究结果表明:电缆各个铝护套波谷处含有白斑缺陷后缓冲层间电阻可增大10倍以上,严重破坏了缓冲层的电气连接作用,导致缓冲层电位提升,缓冲层间电场强度增大进而引起放电损伤缓冲层.
Study on Discharge Mechanism by White Spot Defect in Cable Buffer Layer
The defects of the buffer layer will bring hidden danger to the operation of cable,by which the cable break-down will seriously endanger safe and stable operation of power system.For studying the defect mechanism of discharge by the white spot in the cable layer,the white spot defect experiment is performed by the artificial simula-tion,the resistance of the buffer layer with white spot defect is measured and the influence of the white spot on the electrical connection of the buffer layer is studied.Moreover,the equivalent circuit model of cable considering the white spot is set up,the potential variation of the buffer layer in case of fault is simulated and calculated.The dis-charge simulation experimental platform of the buffer layer is set up for detection of discharge signal.The study re-sults show that the resistance between the buffer layer is increased by more than 10 times after the white spot defect is contained in the trough of each aluminum sheath of the cable,which seriously damages the electrical connection of the buffer layer,leads to the increase of the electric potential of the buffer layer and the increase of the electric field intensity between the buffer layer,thus causing the discharge and damaging the buffer layer.
