文中针对屏蔽型可分离连接器引发的典型故障,从产品结构和故障实物照片对故障原因进行综合分析并提出引发故障的原因.通过对屏蔽型可分离连接器环氧树脂与嵌件在不同的配合状态下进行建模和电场仿真分析,说明故障分析的合理性,并根据相关标准进行在此类绝缘故障条件下与正常条件下的局放对比测试实验,进一步证明了故障分析的正确性.结合故障特点提出避免此类绝缘故障发生的指导性意见.
Typical Fault Analysis Caused by Shielded Separable Connector
As for the typical fault due to the shielded separable connector in this paper,the cause of the fault is ana-lyzed comprehensively from the product structure and picture of the faulty object and the reason for the fault is pro-posed.The rationality of the fault analysis is indicated by way of modeling and electric filed simulation analysis of the epoxy resin and inserts of the shielded separable connector under different coordination conditions.According to rele-vant standards,the correctness of the fault analysis is proved further through comparison and test of partial discharge under such insulation fault condition and normal condition.The guidance suggestion to avoid the occurrence of such insulation fault is proposed in combination with the fault characteristics.
