RESEARCH ON THE INTEGRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF EARTHQUAKE PREVENTION AND DISASTER REDUCTION ARCHIVE RESOURCES——TAKING XIONG'AN NEW AREA AS AN EXAMPLE
Based on the research achievements and practical application results in the field of archive resource integration in China,taking the seismic and disaster reduction archive resources in Xiong'an New Area as the integration object,combined with the characteristics of the new management mechanism system for seismic and disaster reduction in Xiong'an New Area.This paper elaborated on how to use the concept and methods of digit-al humanities to optimize and integrate the seismic and disaster reduction archives of the Xiong'an New Area Earthquake Prevention Center and the Xiong'an New Area Emergency Management Bureau,in order to achieve efficient utilization of archive resources.This article discussed the integration of elements,ideas,and princi-ples,emphasizing the integration of archival entities,data information,and service utilization to achieve cen-tralized and unified management of archival resources,forming a"earthquake prevention and disaster reduc-tion+"archival service system.
