大应急体制下县级地震科普工作现状与对策

摘要
在新媒体蓬勃发展的背景下,2018年机构改革,部分地震机构并入应急管理机构,地震科普工作面临新机遇、新挑战.从县级地震科普实践出发,对日常地震科普工作实务经常涉及的科普媒体、渠道、对象、组织保障4个关键要素进行分析,提出丰富地震科普作品、发掘地震科普渠道、因地制宜改进地震科普方法、地震科普机构上下一盘棋、将地震科普工作放在更重要位置的对策建议.
Abstract
In the context of the vigorous development of new media,institutional reform in 2018,some earth-quake agencies have been merged into emergency management agencies,earthquake science work is facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on the practice of earthquake science popularization at the county level,this paper analyzes the four key elements of popular science media,channels,objects and organization guaran-tee that are often involved in the daily practice of earthquake science popularization,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on placing earthquake science popularization in a more important position,consolidating the work of earthquake institutions,enriching earthquake science popularization works,exploring earthquake science popularization channels and improving earthquake science popularization methods according to local conditions.
