RESEARCH ON THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT MECHANISM OF EARTHQUAKE MONITORING CENTER STATION AND CITY/COUNTY STATION
Through an in-depth analysis of the wide geographical distribution of seismic monitoring stations in China,the different technical conditions and the diverse composition of personnel,the following results were obtained:the reform and management of the central station is a long-term and complex task that requires con-tinuous exploration and innovation,so as to gradually and significantly improve the overall effectiveness of seis-mic monitoring and make greater contributions to the cause of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in China.The following recommendations are put forward in response to the above results:(1)Improve the effec-tiveness of monitoring stations according to local conditions,plan according to the actual situation of different stations,upgrade infrastructure and technical equipment,and strengthen personnel training.(2)Uphold the spirit of scientific pragmatism and innovation,and explore new management modes and technical methods.Es-tablish a sound policy guarantee system and encourage monitoring stations around the world to actively explore and pilot innovative management modes.Through scientific and pragmatic work styles and continuous innova-tive efforts,we will ensure that the lives and property of the people are effectively safeguarded and enhance the overall effectiveness of earthquake monitoring.
