梨木炭蒸汽气化制取富氢燃气的试验研究

Experimental Study on Production of Hydrogen-rich Gas from Pear Charcoal Steam Gasification

生物质气化技术已得到广泛的应用,但气化过程产生的焦油会影响设备稳定运行.为了大幅减少焦油的干扰,以梨木的热解炭为原料,在管式炉中进行水蒸气气化制取富氢燃气试验研究,探究了反应温度、K2CO3 添加量及利用次数对气化特性的影响.结果表明:900℃时H2 的产气量为 2.19 L/g,合成气中H2 含量超过58%;K2CO3 添加量为 10%时产气效果最佳,此时合成气中 H2+CO 含量达到了88.5%.当K2CO3 催化剂在第三次利用时,仍有较好的催化效果.
Biomass gasification technology has been widely used,but the tar produced during the gasification process will affect the stable operation of the equipment.In order to significantly reduce the interference of tar,the charcoal from pear wood pyrolysis was used as raw material to conduct experimental research on the production of hydrogen-rich gas by steam gasification in the tube furnace reactor.The effects of reaction temperature,addition amount of K2CO3 and utilization times on gasification characteristics were investigated.The results show that the gas production of H2 gas is 2.19 L/g at 900℃,and the H2 content in syngas is more than 58%.When the addition amount of K2CO3 is 10%,the H2 production effect achieves the best,and the H2+CO content in the syngas reaches 88.5%.When K2CO3 catalyst was used for the third time,it still had good catalytic effect.
