摘要

锅炉制造、安装、检验过程中,复杂结构焊缝一般可利用超声相控阵检测技术实施有效检测,其检测工艺的选择对检测结果影响很大,针对特定工件及工艺,结合CIVA仿真可快速分析成像效果,对于工艺优化具有重要意义.采用CIVA软件实施相控阵A型试块特定区域缺陷孔的相控阵检测仿真,同时采用相同工艺开展实际相控阵检测,对比分析各缺陷孔定位定量精度.结果表明:CIVA仿真与实际检测结果差异较小,实际检测精度稍优于CIVA仿真.

Abstract

In the process of boiler manufacturing,installation and inspection,the ultrasonic phased array inspection technology can generally be used to effectively inspect the welds of complex structures,and the selection of the inspection process has a great impact on the inspection results.For specific workpiece and process,combining CIVA simulation can quickly analyze the imaging effect,which is of great significance for process optimization.In this paper,CIVA software is used to implement phased-array testing simulation of defective holes in specific areas of phased-array A-type test block.At the same time,the same process is used to carry out actual phased-array testing,and the positioning and quantitative accu-racy of each flaw hole is compared and analyzed.The results show that the difference between CIVA simulation and actual testing results is small,and the actual testing accuracy is slightly better than CIVA simulation.
