摘要

为研究高热值固废焚烧空冷炉排片高温下性能,利用CFD模拟计算方法对优化后新结构空冷炉排片进行了数值计算,模拟结果表明,在相同的炉膛温度条件下,新结构炉排片相比原炉排片,表面温度降低幅度最大值超 80℃,表面平均温度降低幅度均在 20℃以上,降温效果明显.经过现场炉排片替换试验,新型固定炉排片比原炉排片可稳定降温 34℃左右,经过两年半稳定运行,新型炉排片均未发生损坏,使用寿命高于原炉排片.

Abstract

In order to study the performance of air-cooled grate plates for high heat value solid waste incineration,CFD simulation calculation method was used to calculate the optimized new structure air-cooled grate plates.The simulation results show that under the same furnace temperature condition,the maximum surface temperature of new structure grate plate decreases by more than 80℃,and the average surface temperature decreases by over 20℃ compared with the origi-nal grate plate,a significant cooling effect has been indicated.After on-site grates replacement test,the temperature of the new fixed grates could be reduced by about 34℃ on average compared with the original grates.After two and a half years of stable operation,the new grates have not been damaged and have a longer service life than the original grates.
