摘要

介绍了低品位铁矿石回收利用的各种焙烧技术性能和技术指标比较,以及悬浮焙烧炉的优点.针对悬浮焙烧炉出来的焙砂采用余热锅炉进行冷却,着重介绍了焙砂冷却余热锅炉设计特点、结构和热力计算.该余热锅炉已经投入使用,效果良好.

Abstract

The various roasting techniques for the recovery and utilization of low-grade iron ore are introduced,their technical performance and indicators are compared,and the advantages of suspension roasting furnaces are introduced.The design characteristics,structure,and thermal calculation of the waste heat recovery boiler for roasted sand cooling are em-phasized.The boiler has been put into use with good results.
