摘要

采用了超声Lamb波方法进行焊缝检测,并对其进行了数值仿真研究.在数值仿真过程中,研究了焊缝截面形状变化对超声Lamb波传播的影响.为了进一步提高焊缝的检测精度,采用了WT时频分析方法,有效地识别出焊缝余高超出实际测量范围 2%的缺陷,实现了在杂波干扰下目标信号的辨识.频带窄且无干扰频率,增强了检测信号的清晰度.

Abstract

The ultrasonic Lamb wave method was employed for weld inspection,and a numerical simulation study was conducted on it.In the process of numerical simulation,the influence of variations in weld cross-sectional shape on the propagation of ultrasonic Lamb waves was investigated.To further enhance the detection accuracy of welds,the WT time-frequency analysis method was adopted,which effectively identified defects where the weld reinforcement exceeded the actu-al measurement range by 2%,achieving the identification of target signals under clutter interference.The narrow frequency band and absence of interfering frequencies enhanced the clarity of the detection signals.
