红外体温检测手环的温度补偿研究

摘要
精准的腕部可穿戴测温设备,对于健康检测、疾病防控具有重大意义.外界环境因素对红外测温传感器的测量干扰较大,需要进行温度补偿.为此,设计一款基于MLX90614的红外体温检测手环,并对其温度补偿方法进行分析与研究.对环境温度、测量距离等因素进行实验,建立了腋下温度、腕部温度、环境温度之间的数学模型.最终证明该方法能够良好修正腕部温度的测量误差,在一定的环境温度范围内,最大温度偏差不超过 0.1 ℃.
Abstract
Accurate wrist wearable temperature measuring equipment is of great significance for health detection and disease prevention and control.External environmental factors have great interference on the measurement of infrared temperature sensor,so temperature compensation is needed.Therefore,an in-frared temperature detection bracelet based on MLX90614 is designed,and its temperature compensation method is analyzed and studied.The mathematical model of armpit temperature,wrist temperature and environment temperature was established.Finally,it is proved that the method can correct the measure-ment error of wrist temperature well,and the maximum temperature deviation is not more than 0.1 ℃ within a certain range of ambient temperature.
