管输天然气在线色谱分析仪线性检查方法探讨

采用GB/T27894(ISO 6974)校正归一方法的色谱分析仪宜按GB/T28766(ISO 10723)的要求开展系统评价;对于采用GB/T 13610(ASTM D1945)和GPA 2261外标归一方法的在线色谱分析仪探讨了线性检查方法.文章针对某分输站场在线色谱分析仪开展现场实验测试,结果表明:CH4无论使用中间、平均和回归方法计算响应因子,分析偏差均不符合GB/T 13610再现性要求;C2H6、CO2和N2等组分,使用中间、平均和回归方法计算响应因子,分析偏差均小于GB/T 13610再现性要求.由此可知,组分含量小于5%不需要进行线性检查,可按中间组分配置,CH4含量使用差减法进行标准气体配置.
Discussion on linear inspection method of on-line chromatographic analyzer for pipeline natural gas
The chromatographic analyzer using GB/T 27894(ISO 6974)calibration normalization meth-od should be systematically evaluated according to the requirements of GB/T 28766(ISO 10723).The linear inspection method of on-line chromatographic analyzer using GB/T 13610(ASTM D1945)and GPA 2261 external standard normalization method is discussed.In this paper,the field test was carried out on an online chromatographic analyzer in a station.The results show that the analysis deviation of CH4 does not meet the reproducibility requirements of GB/T 13610,regardless of the intermediate,aver-age and regression methods used to calculate the response factors.For C2H6,CO2 and N2,the response factors were calculated using intermediate,average and regression methods,and the analytical deviations were all less than the GB/T 13610 reproducibility requirements.It can be seen that the component con-tent is less than 5%,it does not need to be linear check,can be configured according to the intermediate component,and the CH4 content is configured by the difference subtraction method for standard gas.
