生物安全柜质量检测仪雾化量校准方法研究

摘要
针对生物安全柜质量检测仪易出现雾化量不足及其校准方法的缺失,研究其雾化量校准方法.基于搭建的雾化量校准装置,通过提出雾化量校准方法,确定其技术指标,结合校准案例进行验证以及对相关影响因素进行分析.依据校准方法对生物安全柜质量检测仪的雾化量示值误差(质量密度法和时间流量法)的验证结果符合技术要求.成功建立生物安全柜质量检测仪雾化量校准方法,可为《生物安全柜质量检测仪校准规范》的编写提供有益参考,促进生物安全柜质量检测仪的量值溯源和标准化.
Abstract
Aiming at the lack of atomization amount and the lack of calibration method of biosafety cabi-net quality detector,the atomization amount calibration method was studied.Based on the atomization a-mount calibration device,the atomization amount calibration method is proposed,the technical indica-tors are determined,and the calibration case is verified and the relevant influencing factors are ana-lyzed.According to the calibration method,the verification results of the atomization quantity indication error(mass density method and time flow method)of the biosafety cabinet quality tester meet the tech-nical requirements.The successful establishment of the atomization calibration method of biosafety cabinet quality detector can provide a useful reference for the preparation of the"Calibration Specification for BioSafety Cabinet Quality Tester",and promote the traceability and standardization of the measurement value of biosafety cabinet quality tester.
