摘要

以冷库作为研究对象,分析对比环境试验设备温度远程无线测试系统(简称:远程无线测试系统)和温度数据记录仪配热电偶两种设备对冷库温度参数检测的特点及测量结果影响.通过比对证明远程无线测试系统测量结果可靠,同时减少热电偶长距离布设所带来的浪费和凌乱,保证检测过程中冷库库门的密闭性,提升检测效率、规范检测过程、确保检测质量.远程无线测试系统可广泛用于冷库、冷链运输车等大型环境试验设备的温度参数校准测试.

Abstract

Taking cold storage as the research object,the characteristics and results between the remote wireless test system and the thermocouple matched with data recorder were analyzed and com-pared.Through comparison,it was proved that the measurement results of the remote wireless test system were reliable.Meanwhile,this would reduce the waste and clutter caused by long-distance deployment of thermocouples,and the airtightness of the cold storage door was guaranteed during the detection process,so as to improve the detection efficiency,standardize the detection process and ensure the detection qual-ity.The remote wireless test system can be widely used to calibrate and test the temperature parameters of large environmental testing equipment such as cold storage and cold chain transport vehicles.
