尺寸测量型工业CT的校准方法研究

摘要
工业CT技术因其具备在非接触、不破坏被测物体的条件进行测量和分析的独特检测优势,在数字化测量和工程领域应用越来越广泛.但由于目前缺乏相应的校准规范,导致工业CT的测量结果难于溯源,文章系统的分析了工业CT在尺寸测量中的计量特性,并通过试验进行验证及不确定度分析.
Abstract
Industrial CT technology is more and more widely used in the field of digital measurement and engineering because of its unique advantages of measuring and analyzing in non-contact and non-dama-ging conditions.However,due to the lack of corresponding calibration standards,the measurement re-sults of industrial CT are difficult to trace.This paper systematically analyzes the metrological characteris-tics of industrial CT in dimensional measurement,and verifies and analyzes the uncertainty through tests.
