摘要
为提高现有工业仪器仪表计量测试效率,构建了一种基于能流平衡的工业现场计量仪器仪表检测及在线网络化校准模型.将传统的人工查验或铺设网络远程采集分析数据,简化为移动二维码扫码,通过云计算分析实现能流平衡检测及计量仪器仪表的在线校准.实验结果表明,方法对计量仪器仪表配备、失准监测和能耗泄漏等问题的发现及时快捷,数据采集与GPS授时同步,直观可视.具有大规模批量在线校准的功能,可降低检测成本,提高检测效率.
Abstract
In order to improve the instruments and meters testing ability of energy flow balance testing and the efficiency of online instruments and meters calibration,In this paper,models of instruments cal-ibration based on energy flow balance are established to change the methods from manual operation or lay-ing network to simply using QR code to collect and transform data to computing cloud for analyzing.The experimental results show that the method can verify metrology instruments and meters effectively and dis-cover energy consumption leakage and meter's malfunction in visualization,as well as can provide online metrology instruments calibration efficiently and economically with GPS synchronously.
