一种软性游标卡尺的校准方法研究

摘要
现行有效的国家标准GB/T 21389-2008《游标、带表和数显卡尺》中仅包含传统样式的游标、数显和数显卡尺,但目前在测量行业还有一种新形式的软性游标卡尺在被大量应用.软性游标卡尺主要应用于建筑行业,可对预应力钢筒混凝土管及大型管材直径或长度尺寸进行测量.目前执行的计量检定规程JJG 30-2012《通用卡尺》中也仅包含了对传统样式卡尺的检定方法,而对软性游标卡尺的校准并不适用.文章提出一种对软性游标卡尺的校准方法,并对其校准结果进行不确定度分析,解决了软性游标卡尺无法溯源的问题.
Abstract
The current effective national standard GB/T21389-2008"Vernier,dial and digital display calipers"only contains traditional dial and digital display calipers,but there is a new form of soft vernier calipers in the measurement industry is widely used.Soft vernier calipers are mainly used in the construc-tion industry to measure the diameter or length of prestressed steel tube concrete pipe and large pipe.At present,the metrological verification regulation JJG 30-2012"Current Calipers"only includes the veri-fication method of traditional style calipers,but it is not applicable to the calibration of soft vernier cali-pers.In this paper,a calibration method for soft vernier calipers is proposed,and the uncertainty analy-sis of the calibration results is carried out to solve the problem of untraceable soft vernier calipers.
