摘要

非接触式测量技术因测量速度快、无需接触零件表面等优势,在几何量检测中得到了广泛的应用.文章阐述了几何量检测领域所应用到的五类非接触式测量技术,对其测量原理和应用情况进行了介绍,对技术特点进行了归纳和对比,并展望了非接触式测量技术的发展趋势.

Abstract

Non-contact measurement techniques are widely used in geometric measurement due to their speed and the fact that they do not require contact with the part surface.In this paper,the five types of non-contact measurement techniques used in geometric measurement are described,the measurement principles and applications are introduced,and the technical characteristics are summarized.Also,a few development trends that outlook non-contact measurement techniques finally.
