摘要

针对某火箭炮随动系统液压检测采用传感器存在的连接复杂、功能单一等问题,提出无线液压传感器一体化设计方案.根据设计方案,从敏感元件模块结构、信号采集、信号处理、无线传输、人机交互和壳体等方面进行了选型设计和硬件设计,从硬件管理、数据采集处理、数据传输、电源管理等方面进行了软件设计,实现基于原位安装的无线液压传感器设计要求.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of complex connection and single function of the hydraulic sen-sor used in the hydraulic testing of a rocket launcher servo system,an integrated design scheme of wire-less hydraulic sensor was proposed.According to the design scheme,selection and hardware were design from the aspects of sensitive component module structure,signal acquisition,signal processing,wireless transmission,human-computer interaction and shell.At the same time,the software were design from the aspects of hardware management,data acquisition and processing,data transmission and power manage-ment.Finally,the design function of wireless hydraulic sensor based on in-situ installation was realized.
