高精度卡尺自动检定仪的设计研究

摘要
目前对卡尺的示值误差和内量爪平行度等的检定方法主要是人工检定,成本大、耗时长,为了满足现代工业的自动化及高效的生产需求,文章设计了一种高精度卡尺自动检定仪,该检定仪能够实现检定规程中的最主要项目的自动检定,很好地提高了检定效率,并且精度高和数据管理强.
Abstract
The existing technology to calipers of the value error and the parallelism of the internal claw verification method is mainly manual verification,which greatly increases the labor cost and time con-sumption,affecting the work and production process.In order to meet the automation and efficient pro-duction requirements of modern industry,this paper designs a high precision automatic caliper verifica-tion instrument,which can realize the automatic verification of the most important items in the verifica-tion regulation,and improves the verification efficiency,and has the characteristics of high precision and strong data management.
