浮标式氧气吸入器在各级医院中广泛使用,数量众多,根据管理要求需要定期检定.常用氧气吸入器检测装置主要由1.0级转子流量计和0.4级精密压力表(禁油)及管路等组成,整套装置不但笨重不方便携带,而且读数不便、精度差,尤其不适于进行大量、频繁的周期检定,这将耗费各级医院和计量技术机构大量的时间和精力.文中设计的数字式轻便款氧气吸入器检定装置,基于热式质量流量计和数字压力传感器的原理,轻便、易操作,工作效率高,便于氧气吸入器周期检定工作的开展.
Design of a butype oxygen inhaler detection device
Among the medical instruments used in hospitals,buoy-type oxygen inhalers have a large number,and they need to be compulsory verification according to metrological verification regulation JJG 913-2015《Buoy Type Oxygen Inhaler Detection Device》verification regulation Request,every half a year to cycle verification of oxygen inhalator,oxygen inhaler commonly used calibration device is mainly composed of 0.4 on the Richter scale precision pressure gauge(oil)and 1.0 meter and piping,its structure is complex,cumbersome installation,especially not suitable for a large number of frequent pe-riodic verification,and that will take all levels of hospitals and a lot of time and energy metering technol-ogy institutions Therefore,this paper designed a buoy type oxygen inhaler detection device,convenient oxygen inhaler periodic verification work.
