摘要

中国作为能源消耗大国,天然气的需求逐年增加,长输管道成为天然气运输的主要方式.目前中国长输管道采用超声波和涡轮两种流量计,为保证流量计精度,依据国家检定规程,流量计检定期限不得超过两年,而流量计在使用过程中常因现场工作条件、环境因素等原因无法及时送检,致使流量计使用超期,造成计量纠纷.针对这一问题,文章提出一种移动式高压天然气流量计检定装置,通过U形结构将检定装置放置在特制的箱体中,可进行不同场所、不同工作条件下的现场实流检定.实验及结果表明,移动式高压天然气流量计检定装置在不同工况条件下性能稳定,满足流量计检定要求.

Abstract

As a big energy consumption country,China's demand for natural gas is increasing year by year,and long distance pipeline has become the main way of natural gas transportation.In order to en-sure the accuracy of the flow meter,according to the national verification regulations,the verification period of the flow meter shall not exceed two years,and the flow meter in the process of use often due to on-site working conditions,environmental factors and other reasons can not be sent in time,resulting in the use of the flow meter overdue,resulting in metering disputes.To solve this problem,a mobile high pressure natural gas flowmeter verification device is proposed in this paper.The verification device is placed in a special box with U-shaped structure,which can be used for on-site real flow verification in different places and under different working conditions.The experiment and results show that the mobile high pressure natural gas flowmeter verification device has stable performance under different working conditions and meets the requirements of flowmeter verification.
