摘要
文章介绍了一种液体小流量校准装置,装置研制的目的是为本地区DN(5～32)mm各种液体流量计提供校准服务.通过配备高精度称重传感器、电磁流量计和自动控制系统,实现自动校准及后续数据处理,从而达到流量溯源的目的.其设计结构简单合理、自动化程度高以及应用方便,具有一定的推广价值.
Abstract
This article introduces a liquid small flow calibration device,The purpose of developing this device is provide calibration services for DN(5～32)mm various liquid flow meters at Nantong area.By equipped with high-precision weighing sensors、electromagnetic flowmeter and automatic control sys-tem,Implement automatic calibration and subsequent data processing to achieve the purpose of traceabili-ty.Its design structure is simple and reasonable、high degree of automation and convenient application,It has certain promotion value.
