一种气体流量标准装置的设计与应用

摘要
为了提高气体流量计检定/校准效率,扩大流量检定/校准范围,对气体流量进行精确的计量,文章设计了一套流量标准校准平台,以流量检测的基本理论为基础,将先进的计算机控制技术和组态技术相结合,研制一种正压式标准表法气体流量检定装置,可实现口径DN25-DN200涡轮、罗茨流量计的自动检定,通过大量检定、重复性试验,证明该装置结构简单、投资少、检定效率高,可实现实时、远程监控,并满足流量计量在精度、准确性及人性化方面的要求.
Abstract
In order to improve the verification/calibration efficiency of gas flowmeter,expand the range of flow verification/calibration,and accurately measure the gas flow,a set of flow standard calibration platform is designed in this paper.Based on the basic theory of flow detection,the advanced computer control technology and configuration technology are combined to develop a gas flow verification device with positive pressure standard meter method.It can realize automatic verification of caliber DN25~DN200 turbine and roots flowmeter.Through a large number of verification and repeatability tests,it is proved that the device has simple structure,low investment and high verification efficiency,can realize real-time and remote monitoring,and meet the requirements of flow measurement in precision,accuracy and humanization.
