摘要
随着化工企业不断向"智能工厂"之路发展,信息化管理对企业市场竞争力起到至关重要的作用."智能工厂"发展过程中,实验室也需要不断提升信息化管理能力,实现智能化、科学化、规范化、信息化、高效可持续发展的业务管理模式和管理方法.实验室计量信息化管理全过程流程化,减少繁重、沉余的工作环节,提高工作效率,有效数据的唯一、有效,减少人为因素造成的误差,提高量值溯源和量值传递的准确率.
Abstract
With the development of chemical enterprises towards"Intelligent Factory",information-based management plays a vital role in the market competitiveness of enterprises.During the development of the"Intelligent Factory",the laboratory also needs to improve its information-based management abil-ity,to achieve intelligent,scientific,standardized,information-based,efficient and sustainable devel-opment of Business Management Mode and management methods.The whole process of laboratory meas-urement information management is flow-oriented,which can reduce the heavy and redundant work links,improve the work efficiency,make the effective data unique and effective,and reduce the error caused by human factors,improve the accuracy of traceability and transmission.
