摘要
文章基于飞机型号研制计量控制要求,通过组建计量师系统、量值溯源体系、计量管理文件体系和计量管理信息系统的手段,建立飞机型号计量保证体系,介绍了型号计量保证体系的运行情况.通过型号计量保证体系的建立和运行,使以检定校准为主的传统企业计量观念转变为系统性、多学科、动态的型号全周期计量的理念.
Abstract
This paper is based on the measurement control requirements in each stage of aircraft model development,Through the establishment of metrology system,Measurement value traceability system,Measurement management document Measurement system and measurement management information sys-tem means,Establish the aircraft type measurement guarantee system and run,The traditional measure-ment concept of verification and calibration has been transformed into a systematic and multi-disciplinary dynamic model full-cycle measurement concept.
