Analysis on energy-saving transformation of statutory metrological verification institutions under the dual carbon target
This article is guided by the"Implementation Plan for Establishing and Improving the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Standard Measurement System"issued by the State Administration of Market Regulation.It briefly describes the current status of China's dual carbon goals and explores the establish-ment of energy-saving innovation plans for legal metrological verification institutions.By improving regu-lations and standards,improving pricing standards,establishing an evaluation mechanism for energy con-sumption indicators,cultivating energy-saving awareness,strengthening reform and innovation in social responsibility,and continuously innovating self-management efficiency,we can achieve our own energy-saving transformation.Establish a new mode of operation for low energy and low-carbon statutory metrolo-gy verification institutions,promote the coordinated development of national infrastructure such as metrol-ogy and standards,and truly play the fundamental and leading role of metrology and standards.
