摘要

与传统计量基准相比,量子计量基准具有极高的准确度和稳定性,普适性极强,可在任何时间、任意地点用相同原理的装置复现等优点.世界范围内的计量领域正发生以量子物理为基础的自然常数取代实物基准的重大技术革命.面对国际单位制量子化变革和量值溯源扁平化的挑战,航天计量应紧紧围绕航天强国建设目标,紧跟国际前沿,积极探索技术发展新方向.

Abstract

Compared with the traditional metrological reference,the quantum metrological reference has the advantages of extremely high accuracy and stability,strong universality,and can be reproduced at any time and any place with the device of the same principle.A major technological revolution is taking place in the field of metrology worldwide,in which the natural constant based on quantum physics re-places the physical reference.In the face of the challenges of the quantization reform of the international system of units and the flattening of the quantification traceability,space metrology should focus on the goal of building an aerospace power,keep up with the international frontier,and actively explore new di-rections of technological development.
