摘要
《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》GB/T 27025-2019中要求在使用标准方法前,应进行方法验证或确认.关于方法确认或验证的分析文章众多,但多注重理论分析及区分方法确认和方法验证不同.文章结合理论与实际,分析了检验检测机构申请资质认定时,农产品农药残留检测标准的方法验证操作指南.参考相关标准列出方法验证必做项目、项目原则合理范围及开展方法验证的实施步骤,为新实验室或实验室新手开展农产品农药残留检测标准的方法验证提供指导.
Abstract
《General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories》GB/T 27025-2019 requires method validation or validation prior before use the standard methods.There are many analysis articles about method validation or verification,but most of them focus on theoretical anal-ysis and distinguish between method validation and method verification.Based on the theory and practice,this paper analyzed the operational guidelines for the verification of pesticide residues in agricultural prod-ucts when the inspection and testing organizations applied for accreditation.Reference to the relevant standards listed method validation must do project,project principle reasonable scope and implementa-tion steps to carry out method validation.To provide guidance for new laboratory or novice laboratory to carry out the testing standard of pesticide residues in agricultural products.
