摘要
在扭矩扳子的计量检定中,测量结果包括:检定点的多次重复测量数据,平均值,示值相对误差和示值重复性,计算繁琐,容易出错,计量可靠性和效率无法得到充分保证.文章利用VB语言,设计并编写一款扭矩扳子计量检定数据软件,用于计算测试数据的平均值、相对误差及重复性,有利于计算准确性和计量可靠性的提高.
Abstract
In the metrological verification,the calibration of torque wrench include:repeated measure-ment data of the calibration point,average value,relative error and repeatability of indication.These can easily lead to cumbersome computation and mistakes,and the reliability and efficiency of measurement cannot be fully guaranteed.This article uses VB language to design and write a torque wrench measure-ment and verification data software,which is used to calculate the average value,relative error,and re-peatability of test data.It is conducive to improving calculation accuracy and measurement reliability.
