摘要

流量计量是计量科学的重要组成部分,流量计种类繁多、应用范围广,在节能减排、贸易结算、经济领域、国防领域等都扮演着重要角色.在现实生活中许多在管道上已安装好的流量计因为各种原因不具备送往实验室检定的条件,只能采用在线校准的方法.文章结合超声波流量计的工作原理,分析总结了利用外夹式超声波流量计作为标准表,现场对管段式安装的流量计进行校准的注意事项及计量过程中影响测量结果的各项因素,并提出相应的改善方法.

Abstract

Flow measurement is an important component of metrology science,with a wide range of types and applications,playing an important role in energy conservation and emission reduction,trade settle-ment,economic fields,national defense,and other fields.In real life,many flow meters installed on pipelines do not have the conditions to be sent to the laboratory for calibration due to various reasons,and can only be calibrated online.This article combines the working principle of ultrasonic flow meters,ana-lyzes and summarizes the precautions for on-site calibration of flow meters installed in pipe sections using external clamp ultrasonic flow meters as standard meters,as well as various factors that affect measure-ment results during the measurement process,and proposes corresponding improvement methods.
