热灼减率分析仪校准方法研究

摘要
为了对热灼减率分析仪进行量值溯源,提出了一种行之有效的校准方法.校准项目包括称量示值误差和重复性、温度示值误差和炉温稳定度、热灼减率示值误差和重复性.试验验证结果表明校准方法操作性及适用性强,可以进一步推广和应用.
Abstract
An effective calibration method is proposed to carry out quantity traceability of the loss on ig-nition analyzer.Calibration items include weighing indication error and repeatability,temperature indica-tion error and furnace temperature stability,loss on ignition indication error and repeatability.The test re-sults show that the calibration method has strong operability and applicability,and can be further popu-larized and applied.
