In the field of industrial control,rotary pulse output encoders can detect parameters such as speed,position,angle,and distance of mechanical motion through the number of pulses output by rota-tion.In this paper,based on the analysis of the structure,principle,and output characteristics of the encoder,it introduces the principle and structure,calibration method,and experimental data of the ro-tary pulse output encoder,in order to address the problem of quantity traceability.
