摘要
依据JJG 882-2019《压力变送器》检定规程,压力变送器的常见输出信号为标准电压或电流信号,也有采用符合通讯协议的数字量作为输出信号的,由于标配的标准器无法读取数字量,导致检定工作无法开展.文章采用VB6.0语言,调用Mscomm控件,编制串口通讯软件,读取压力变送器的输出信号,完成检定工作,为此类问题的解决提供了一个思路.
Abstract
According to the verification regulation of Pressure Transmitter《JJG 882-2019》,the com-mon output of pressure transmitters is a standard electrical signal,but some also use communication pro-tocols as output signals.At this time,the standard device cannot read the communication protocol data,resulting in verification failure.The author uses VB6.0 programming language and Mscomm control to de-velop a serial port communication software,which read the output signal of the pressure transmitter,and completes the verification work.This provides a practical idea for solving such problems.
