Development and test of combined standard meter flow standard device
In order to solve the problem of online calibration of high precision flowmeters,a set of com-bined standard-meter flow standard device is designed and developed.This device has two Coriolis mass flow meters as the main standard,which can be used alone or in combination to achieve the measurement capability of flow range(1～100)t/h,diameter range DN(25～100)mm,expanded uncertainty U=0.1％,k=2.The stability of this standard device has been verified through the tests of transportation,measuring medium and environmental conditions,which can meet the online calibration requirements of high precision flowmeters.
