CT质量控制的意义及现状研究

摘要
由于目前国内大部分医院在放射诊断领域均未设置物理师,基本都是由放射技师来进行CT设备质量控制的工作,所以CT的质量控制未能得到很好的执行.文章主要介绍了 CT和CBCT影像设备国内外质量控制检测现状,阐述了质量控制在CT设备运行管理中的重大意义,根据现有的质量控制技术指出了目前存在的问题.希望通过质量控制,确保影像设备良好运行,有效提高医疗安全,减少因不良医疗设备导致的医疗事故的数量,避免造成人员伤亡和经济损失.
Abstract
As most hospitals in China have not set up physicists in the field of diagnostic radiology at present,basically radiographers conduct the work of quality control of CT,so the quality control of CT has not been executed properly.This paper mainly introduces the current status of quality control of CT and CBCT at domestic and international,describes the significance of quality control in the operation and management,and points out the current problems according to the available quality control technology.It is hoped that through quality control,we can ensure the imaging equipment to run well,enhance medi-cal safety effectively,reduce the number of medical accidents caused,and avoid the casualties and eco-nomic losses due to poor medical equipments.
