Application research of intelligent terminal in the field of measurement and inspection
This article analyzes the current status of digital measurement and inspection in China,and proposes a method for applying intelligent terminals to the field of measurement and inspection in a targe-ted manner.The technical route and application examples are provided.Based on National verification reg-ulations,the system is designed using assembly language,leveraging the image recognition and network application functions inherent in intelligent terminals.This application method can achieve automatic ex-traction of basic information of the measured product,automatic acquisition of inspection data,automatic calculation and judgment of key data,and automatic generation of original records or reports.It aims to o-vercome many of the deficiencies and shortcomings in the current digital advancement of measurement and inspection,improve inspection efficiency,reduce the error rate in inspection,ensure the accuracy and reliability of the inspection,enhance the level of intelligence throughout the measurement and inspection process,and promote the arrival of the digital measurement and intelligent quality era.
