摘要

为快速实现"碳达峰"和"碳中和"战略,讨论了计量行业为实现"双碳"目标,在碳汇计量仪器的溯源,碳汇计量方法学的研究,碳汇的精准计量和开发碳汇项目中发挥着重要的作用.通过计量手段完善碳汇计量仪器的溯源体系,碳中和计量体系以及加快完善国家先进计量体系.通过精准计量,助力碳捕获、碳运输、碳利用和碳封存过程,助力实现"碳中和"战略目标,保障碳计量数据和碳监测技术得到国际互认.着力开发碳汇项目,研究碳汇计量方法学,为解决碳汇计量研究难题提供技术保障,为清洁生产,绿色发展提供技术支撑.

Abstract

In order to quickly realize the"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality"strategies,it was dis-cussed that the metrology industry plays an important role in the traceability of carbon sink measuring in-struments,the research of carbon sink measurement methodology,the accurate measurement of carbon sinks and the development of carbon sink projects in order to achieve the goal of"dual carbon".Improve the traceability system of carbon sink measuring instruments,the carbon neutrality measurement system and accelerate the improvement of the national advanced measurement system through measurement means.Through accurate measurement,it helps the carbon capture,carbon transportation,carbon utili-zation and carbon storage processes,helps achieve the strategic goal of"carbon neutrality",and ensures that carbon measurement data and carbon monitoring technology are internationally recognized.Focus on the development of carbon sink projects,research carbon sink measurement methodology,provide tech-nical support for solving carbon sink measurement research problems,and provide technical support for cleaner production and green development.
