Interference factors analysis and control measures of digital instrument
The most popular and commonly utilized measuring tool in China's industrial production sector is the digital instrument. The quality and efficiency of industrial output are significantly impacted by its accuracy and dependability, which is crucial in the field of thermal metering. The majority of these in-struments turn the observed temperature into electrical signals using thermometric sensor components. The accuracy of the measurement results is impacted by the different electromagnetic interference that electri-cal signals are subject to during transmission. In particular, this study studies the issue of electromagnetic interference that affects digital temperature monitoring instruments and makes a suggestion for how to re-duce series interference using signal line twisting, shielding, and filtering.Grounding, connecting ground, shielding layers, and suspension technology are utilized to reduce common-mode interfer-ence.The experimental findings demonstrate that it is possible to efficiently reduce the electromagnetic in-terference of digital temperature sensor equipment.
