摘要

根据JJG 139-2014《拉力、压力和万能试验机检定规程》的解读,该规程适用于具有开环控制试验机的检定或校准.为了便于检定或校准人员理解与操作,文章主要介绍了开闭环控制试验机的区别,并结合工作实践,采用0.3级标准测力仪标准装置对开环控制的试验机相关力值点进行校准,然后将该测量的结果进行不确定度评定与验证.

Abstract

According to the interpretation of JJG 139-2014 Verification Regulation of Tension,Pres-sure and Universal Testing Machines,this regulation is applicable to the verification or calibration of open-loop controlled testing machines.In order to facilitate the understanding and operation of verification or calibration personnel,this paper mainly introduces the differences between open-loop controlled tes-ting machines.Combined with work practice,the 0.3 level standard force measuring instrument standard device is used to calibrate the relevant force points of open-loop controlled testing machines,Then the measurement results are evaluated and verified for uncertainty.
