摘要
为了对基于三维亥姆霍兹线圈的永磁体磁偏角测试仪的量值进行有效溯源,文章研究了磁偏角测试仪的工作原理、计量特性和测量标准,提出了亥姆霍兹线圈常数、三维探测线圈正交度、基准面水平度、磁偏角示值误差等技术参数的校准方法,并通过试验验证满足磁偏角测试仪的量值溯源需求.
Abstract
In order to effectively trace the value of the magnetic declination tester for permanent magnet based on three-dimensional Helmholtz coil,this paper studies the working principle,measurement char-acteristics and measurement standards of the magnetic declination tester,and proposes calibration meth-ods for technical parameters such as Helmholtz coil constant,three-dimensional probe coil orthogonality,datum level and magnetic declination indication error.And through the test verification to meet the mag-netic declination tester quantity traceability requirements.
