Research on non-contact temperature and pressure comprehensive composite measurement method based on sensitive paint
The accurate measurement of surface pressure and temperature parameters of aircraft in wind tunnel tests plays an important role in studying the aerodynamic load and thermal protection performance of aircraft.Aiming at the problem that non-contact pressure and temperature sensitive coatings can only be measured individually,and cannot achieve simultaneous and comprehensive measurement of pressure and temperature fields,a temperature and pressure comprehensive composite measurement method using a special spraying method and deep learning algorithm is proposed.This method can simultaneously obtain a high-resolution continuous distribution map of pressure and temperature across the entire surface,greatly reducing the calibration hole arrangement,model production,and testing cycles,providing a more ef-fective solution for measuring temperature and pressure parameters in wind tunnel tests.
