普洱茶中重金属成分分析标准物质的定值及不确定度评定

摘要
随着云南普洱茶产业的蓬勃发展,茶叶的品质控制日益受到重视,茶叶中重金属的检测也是关注的热点.研究了三个产地六种云南普洱茶中Cr、Cu、Cd、As、Pb五种重金属成分标准物质,联合十家实验室采用原子荧光光谱法(AFS)、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)等方法对标准物质进行定值,并评定其不确定度,定值的标准物质均匀性和稳定性良好,可用于相同基体普洱茶重金属成分的检验检测.
Abstract
With the vigorous development of Yunnan Pu-Er tea industry,the quality control of tea has been paid more and more attention,and the detection of heavy metals in tea is also a focus of atten-tion.In this paper,five heavy metal component reference materials(Cr,Cu,Cd,As,Pb)in six Yunnan Pu'er teas from three places of origin were studied,combined with ten laboratories to carry out calibration,and their uncertainty was evaluated.The reference materials with good homogeneity and sta-bility could be used for the inspection and detection of heavy metal components in the same matrix Pu-Er teas.
