摘要
依据JJF 1164-2018《气相色谱-质谱联用仪校准规范》并结合作者多年来气相色谱-质谱联用仪的校准工作经验.文章阐述了校准过程中经常遇到的问题,如调谐报告观察不到600 u以上的质谱峰、信噪比的不同概念的区分、信噪比无法计算、质量准确性超出校准规范计量特性参考值和谱库检索中"Match"、"R.Match"和"Prob.％"的选择等.作者针对这些问题依次提出了相应的解决办法,可以为校准人员日常工作提供相应的参考.
Abstract
Based on JJF 1164-2018"Calibration specification for gas chromatography-mass spectrome-tries"and combined with the author's years of experience in the calibration of gas chromatography-mass spectrometries.The article describes the problems often encountered in the calibration process,such as the mass spectral peaks above 600 u cannot be observed in the tuning report,the distinction between dif-ferent concepts of signal-to-noise ratio,the inability to calculate the signal-to-noise ratio,the mass accu-racy exceeding the reference value of metrological characteristics of the calibration specification and selec-tion of"Match","R.Match"and"Prob.％"in spectral library searches.The authors propose solu-tions to these problems,which can provide appropriate reference for calibrators in their daily work.
