实时移相技术解决压变电压缺失的电量损失问题

在高供高计的电能计量装置中,电压互感器高压熔断器经常出现某一相或两相甚至于三相熔断的现象.但单相熔丝熔断的几率较多相熔断的几率反而较高.这种现象的原因是多方面的却一时无法确定,通常处理方法就是,停电更换熔断器,基本就能恢复正常.文章研究了一种在不停电的情况下,利用正常相别电压作为参考基准,生成缺失的电压,暂时恢复因熔断器熔断造成电压缺失的电压,从而解决了电能计量少计电量的实际难题.

Summary:The phenomenon of one phase or two phase or even three phase fuses of voltage transformers often occurs in high power metering devices with high power supply and high meter.However,the probability of single-phase fuse is higher than that of polyphase fuse.The reasons for this phenomenon are many but can not be determined at the moment,the usual treatment method is that the power failure to replace the fuse,the basic can be restored to normal.In this paper,we study a method to generate the missing voltage by using the normal phase voltage as the reference reference under the condition of no power outage,and temporarily restore the missing voltage caused by the fusing of the fuse,so as to solve the practical problem of less power metering.
